  1. What payment methods are available to me?

    Meg at Midnight processes payments through PayPal. When you get to checkout you will be directed to PayPal where you can enter your credit card details. You don't need to be registered with PayPal to be able to do this although you have the option to do so.

    Meg at Midnight is based in the United Kingdom hence the website's official currency is the Pound Sterling. Orders placed outside the UK are subject to current exchange rates set by your credit card partner.

  2. Are my personal and payment details secure?

    Absolutely. Meg-at-midnight.com uses the standard security technology called Secure Socket Layer (SSL) which allows your browser to check that you are on a secure page. SSL protects sensitive client information such as name, email address, delivery address, phone numbers, and credit card details. You can tell that you are in a secure web page if the URL starts with HTTPS instead of HTTP. And as you are paying via PayPal, at no point will your credit card or personal banking details pass through Meg at Midnight's system.

    Your personally identifiable information may be disclosed to third parties. Please read the Privacy and Security page to learn more on how we collect and use your data. 

  3. Which countries do Meg at Midnight deliver to?

    Meg at Midnight delivers within the United Kingdom, the European Union, and to the rest of the world. Free delivery applies on orders over GBP 150.00 within the UK.

    The cost of delivery varies as follows. This will be calculated at checkout along with other applicable charges. Please note that delivery times are approximate and your order may arrive sooner or later than stated.

    Import taxes and duties may apply to all orders delivered outside the UK. These charges are excised by your country upon the arrival of your order and is therefore beyond our control. At the risk of sounding cheeky, it is your responsibility to settle these charges.

  4. How soon will I get my order?

    An email confirmation will be sent to you right after you place an order and once that order has been dispatched. The speed of delivery will depend on which delivery option you choose at checkout. You may get your order quicker if you place it before 12pm (Monday to Saturday). If the product you want is low in, or out of stock, you can still place an order although delivery time may take longer.

  5. What if my order gets lost in transit?

    For peace of mind, you will be given a reference number which you can use to track your order. Once your order has been dispatched it is up to the courier to make sure your product gets to you safely. Read through the Terms of Service for more information.

  6. How can I make sure I order the right size?

    All lingerie brands and labels have varying sizing standards but you can narrow down your size options by measuring yourself. Have a little peek in the Fitting Room for more ideas on fit and sizing.

    If you are a male client looking for a lovely surprise for someone, first of all, well done! If  you are not sure about her size and style preference, feel free to get in touch with us. 

  7. What if I want to cancel, return, or replace an order?

    A Return/Replace Card will accompany your order. This card will have the details on how you can post a product back to Meg at Midnight under the condition that the product is in its original condition and that it is being sent back within 10 days from initial receipt. Late returns may be accepted at the discretion of Meg at Midnight and may only be refunded as a store credit.

    If you received your Meg at Midnight lingerie as a present, you have the option to replace it for a store credit which will apply on your future purchase. This store credit will be valid for one year.

    If you are located within the United Kingdom, you are entitled to a free delivery on the replacement size.

    We only offer replacements on size and/or colour of the same product. Return or replacement on knickers will not be accepted for the purpose of hygiene.

  8. Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

    Contact us if you want to change your delivery address. You may do this by filling out the contact form. However, redirecting your order once it has dispatched may not be possible. 

  9. Does Meg at Midnight deliver to work addresses?

    Yes. If you would like your order to reach you (or indeed someone) at work, please notify a colleague - perhaps the front desk clerk, to receive the parcel as the courier will deliver to the place and not the person. 

  10. Do I need to sign for my order upon delivery?

    Yes. A signature will be required from you by the courier to ensure that your order reaches you safely.
